On September 20, a Jet Airways 737 aircraft  en route to Jaipur from Mumbai was forced to return to Mumbai after a loss in cabin pressure, resulting passengers suffering bleeding from the nose or ears. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation said the crew of aircraft forgot to switch the pressure system on, while the company said it was taking the crew off active duty, pending further investigation. Jet said: “All guests were deplaned safely and taken to the terminal.” First aid was administered to passengers suffering from nosebleeds and earaches, the airline added.
