Israel steps up airspace security

In reaction to the prevailing theory that the Malaysia Airlines flight 370 was hijacked, Israel is reported to have increased security measures for all flights entering its airspace. All airlines approaching Israel’s airspace will be expected to identify themselves much earlier than normal, while further procedures remain classified.
