Germania Flug becomes an all-Swiss airline

Germania Flug has taken off for the first time as an entirely Swiss-owned national carrier. The company’s share capital is now 100% in Swiss hands. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction. Germania Flug AG CEO Tobias Somandin, said: “We have taken an important step. And we have kept our promise to ensure that our flight operations will continue as planned.
