Flybe passenger numbers rise

UK regional airline Flybe carried 6% more passengers over the past year to 1.6 million, despite a 4% reduction in capacity in the last quarter of the year – 2.2 million seats down from 2.3 million. Load factor has also increased by six percentage points to 70%. Flybe will release its results for the year ended March 31 on June 11.
