Nordic carrier Finnair has reported a 23.9% increase in its scheduled traffic in July, mainly from strong demand from Asia. Capacity was also up during the period by 14.7%, while revenues earned per passenger grew by 14.6%, again due to the growth in the Asian region, specifically the Singapore operations. The Asian traffic capacity grew close to 30% per cent in July. The cargo capacity in July rose by 10.2%.
