Etihad Airways has finalized a partnership deal with Phillippine Airlines that will include codesharing, loyalty programmes, airport lounges and joint sales-and-marketing schemes. The deal is an expansion of a Memorandum of Understanding that was signed earlier in 2014. Etihad CEO James Hogan said: “This new partnership builds on the success of our original codeshare agreement and reflects the mutual respect, trust and goodwill that have built up over time — not only between the airlines but also between our governments.” The codesharing scheme will initially cover flights between Abu Dhabi and Manila, and flights from Manila to 20 destinations throughout
