During January 2017, EasyJet flew 11% more passengers that the year-ago period, serving 4,745,630 passengers. The load factor for the month rose by 1.2 percentage points to 86.2% during January. For the 12 months ending January 2017, EasyJet passengers grew by 6.9% to   74,921,296 with a flat load factor of 91.5%. Meanwhile, EasyJet has launched its first link to the Netherlands from Budapest Airport. The low-cost carrier’s (LCC) three times weekly service to Amsterdam will be the airport’s second link to the Dutch capital city, providing an additional 500 one-way weekly seats on the direct service.
