easyJet has launched its first flight from London Southend Airport to Bordeaux in South West France. Operating three times a week, easyJet says that it expects to carry more than 30,000 passengers on the new Bordeaux route operating on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. easyJet is also set to launch new routes from Southend to Prague, Pula and Dubrovnik this summer.
