DECEMBER TRAFFIC UP 2% FOR RYANAIR

Ryanair carried five million passengers in December 2010 taking its annual tally to 72.7 million. Even though the Irish low cost carrier was also affected by the snow disruption, it posted a 2% rise over November figures.

Ryanair’s load factor fell 1% December to 81% compared to the corresponding month in 2009. For the year, Ryanair recorded a load factor of 82%.
