China Southern confirms American talks and stock resumes trading

In a stock exchange filing on March 26, China Southern Airlines confirmed that it was in negotiations with American Airlines concerning a possible major strategic cooperation which would involve, among others, the proposed issue of shares of the company and other business cooperation.
