CHINA AND JAPAN AIRLINES HIT BY RISING TENSIONS

Japanese airlines All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines (JAL) have reported 11,000 cancelled flights to China as the political tension between the two countries heightens. Both countries lay claim to the uninhabited Diaoyu islands or Senkaku islands in the East China Sea. JAL plans to cut flights further is the situation gets worse.
