CEBU PACIFIC TO BOOST FREQUENCIES IN 2011

Cebu Pacific Air is planning to increase flight frequencies by 18% in 2011, which will offer 14.5 million airline seats to its passengers.

“We aim to fly 12 million passengers in 2011, an 18-percent increase from last year’s targets. Internationally, we plan to grow our passenger base by 35 percent,” said vice president for marketing and distribution Candice Iyog.

Cebu is expecting a 20% increase in passengers to China alone, and will increase the number of flights to Beijing and Guangzhou to accommodate passenger demand.
