Taiwan’s China Airlines (CAL) has launched a direct service between Taichung in central Taiwan and China’s central municipality of Chongqing. CAL will operate two flights per week — on Monday and Thursday — out of Taichung’s CCK Airport. The airline is using an Embraer 190 jet, configured with 104 seats, on the route.
