Nigerian carrier Arik Air has suspended services to Liberia and Sierra Leone following an outbreak of the Ebola virus in West Africa. The suspension was triggered by the death of a passenger from the disease, who had flown into Nigeria aboard an Asky Airlines flight from Liberia.
