AMR Corp., American Airlines parent, has posted a loss of $192 million for the month of February, according to a bankruptcy filing. This includes $15million in reorganization fees as well $14million on professional advisory fees and $1million on financing negotiations added to a $177 million operating loss. American Airlines raised passenger revenue of $1.4 billion, while regional affiliates earned $200 million bringing the total monthly revenue to $1.8 billion. AMR ended the month with $584 million in cash and $3.4 billion in short-term investments, excluding $850 million in restricted cash.
