Airlines are looking to boost revenues by selling extra products, such as concert tickets, alongside airline tickets. To this end, the airlines are in loggerheads with the global ticket booking system providers – Sabre Holdings, Travelport and Amadeus IT Group – over the introduction of a new global reservation system.
