AirBridge Cargo fifth-freedom rights negotiations stall

German authorities have denied fifth-freedom rights for Russia’s AirBridge Cargo’s Frankfurt to Chicago route. They also agreed to add one more city in each country for scheduled flights: Kaliningrad in Russia and Baden-Baden in Germany.
