AIRBERLIN TO LAUNCH FIRST DIRECT BERLIN TO DUBAI SERVICE

Airberlin has announced it will launch the first-ever non-stop flight between Dubai and the German capital, Berlin. The new route will launch on 4 November.

Joachim Hunold, Chief Executive Officer of airberlin, Germany’s second-largest airline, says: “For the first time, airberlin flies nonstop from the Middle East to Germany on a regular basis and, as the only airline, connects Dubai with Berlin.”

Airberlin will fly three times per week nonstop from Dubai to the German capital. “The Dubai flights, which arrive in Berlin, are integrated into the hub structure of the airline. Accordingly, connecting flights can take passengers to other destinations in Germany, such as Duesseldorf, Frankfurt or Munich, as well as to Gothenburg, Graz, Helsinki, Palma de Mallorca, Salzburg, Stockholm, Oslo, Vienna and Zurich,” says Hunold.
