President of AirAsia Japan Yoshinori Odagiri has indicated that the airline will build up its fleet to 20 aircraft over four years. AirAsia Japan, which plans to fly from Nagoya to Hokkaido and Sendai and one route to Taipei, will add five aircraft every year and expand its domestic routes.
