Air France prepares for flight cancellations

In preparation for a possible national strike throughout the month of May by union SNLP France Alpa, which represents Air France pilots, the airline is planning to cancel a number of flights.  The airline has warned that the strike and subsequent cancellations could threaten its recovery. The union is planning strikes for two hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon.
