Air France has announced 2,900 job cuts and a possible delay to four 787 deliveries after pilots missed their deadline to ratify Perform 2020, the airline group’s restructuring plan. SNPL president Philippe Evain has issued an open letter to Air France, which describes French pilots as guardians of the future of all Air France-KLM workers, and highlights their willingness to compromise with management.
