Only two weeks before its stated launch date, Air China has removed the new route flying from Shanghai to Mineta San Jose International Airport, in the USA, from its schedules, confirmed a spokesperson for the US airport. No tickets were sold on the route since it was never listed for sale. The launch date was tentatively rescheduled the launch date to July before being removed from the system altogether.
