Air Astana takes delivery of second Embraer E190-E2

Air Astana has taken delivery of the second of five new generation Embraer E190-E2 aircraft covered under a leasing agreement signed with Aercap in 2017. The remaining three aircraft are scheduled for delivery by the end of 2019. The Embraer E190-E2 aircraft will gradually replace older Embraer E190s in the fleet. Air Astana operates the Embraer E190-E2 airliner on domestic services across Kazakhstan, as well as to destinations in Russia, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Ukraine and China.
