African World Airlines is benefitting from increased passengers “due to its overall business strategy, customer service delivery, routes flown and frequency of flights” according to travel agents. “Since AWA started operations, most of our clients plying the Tamale-Accra route prefer its services since the airline’s strategy works well for them,” Emmanuel Agbodzi, CEO of Maseec Travel, said. “AWA, unlike the once a day frequency flown by other airlines, usually flies 3 or 4 times daily to Tamale from Accra, giving our clients convenience and choices should they miss their early morning or afternoon flight.”
