Aeromexico expands routes to and from Phoenix

Aeromexico is expanding services to and from Phoenix. The airline currently operates a dozen Phoenix-Latin America flights, including a daily non-stop Phoenix-Hermosillo flight that will increase in capacity from September by using a larger aircraft. In 2011, the company flew 28,185 passengers in and out of Sky Harbor. Aeromexico has increased its fleet in recent months with four Embraer 190 aircraft, six 737s and one 767 have been added enabling it to increase passenger capacity by 9 to 10% percent in the first two financial quarters of this year.
