Aer Lingus to fly from Shannon to Paris Charles de Gaulle

In a welcome more, Aer Lingus has announced it is launching flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle from Shannon Airport.

Services to Paris will commence on December 17, which will provide a much needed boost for the airport and the region especially after Ryanair said it was suspending flights to Paris.

Martin Moroney, Shannon Airport’s director, says: “We are delighted to welcome a new Shannon Charles de Gaulle service from Aer Lingus.

Paris is one of the world’s most visited cities and Charles de Gaulle is one of the most important aviation hubs, with onward connectivity to more than 200 non-stop destinations.”
